How do you know your support load has outgrown you?
Not every business needs an AI support agent, and this page is not going to tell you that you do. It is a plain checklist. If you recognize two or three of the signs below, your support load has probably already outgrown one person answering email and DMs between everything else. If none of them fit, keep doing what you are doing, it is working.
No support team, no dashboard to learn, no per-seat bills. You give us a URL, we do the rest.
What's your return policy if I've already opened the box?
You can return it within 30 days of delivery as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Opening the box to inspect the item is fine, using it is not. Returns policy
Great, and where's my order number 4521 right now?
I do not have visibility into a specific order, so I cannot check that for you. I will pass this to the team so they can look it up directly.
Six signs worth checking against your own week.
None of these on its own means much. A few of them at once, most weeks, is the actual signal: you are spending real hours on questions your website could already answer, and the answers are stuck in your head instead of somewhere a customer can reach them.
Shipping times, sizing, your return window, whether you ship to a certain country. If you could write the next ten questions in your inbox before you open it, that is not variety, it is one answer being typed out by hand, over and over, by a different person each time.
The tell: you've answered this exact question this week, and last week.A question asked at 9am that gets answered at 6pm is a customer who has already moved on, or already left a review about it. The gap is not usually about effort, it is about the message sitting in a queue behind everything else you do that day.
The tell: your average reply time keeps drifting later, not earlier. If a customer messages at 11pm, or on a Sunday, or while you are asleep in a different time zone from where you sell, they wait until you are back at a keyboard. That gap is invisible to you and completely visible to them.
The tell: your inbox has a pile of messages sent outside your own hours. If a question can only get answered when you personally see it, the business cannot run without you at a screen. That is fine at the very start. It stops being fine once you are also trying to make the product, ship orders, or take a day off.
The tell: nobody else on your team could have answered that message instead of you.A hire is the right call when the questions genuinely need a human's judgment. If most of what you would hand them is "look up the policy page and paste the relevant line," that is worth checking before you commit to a salary, because it is exactly the part a grounded agent already does.
The tell: the job description is mostly "answer the same ten questions, quickly."A keyword-matching or off-the-shelf bot that quoted a policy you don't have, or promised a refund you never approved, is worse than no bot at all. That failure is usually the tool, not the idea: a bot with no grounding in your actual pages has nothing to answer from except a guess.
The tell: you turned it off because a customer showed you what it said.Done-for-you, in three steps.
You do not build anything, learn a dashboard, or write a single answer. The whole point of done-for-you is that the work is ours.
Share your website URL
Give us your address and anything extra, like a policy PDF or a returns page. That is all we need to start. No account to set up, no code to touch yet.
We build and tune it
We read up to 120 pages of your site, ground the agent in them, and send you a private demo on your real content, usually within 2 business days. You test it with the exact questions that fill your inbox, and we tune it with you.
One line goes live
When you are happy, you paste one line of code onto your site, or we do it for you. We host, monitor and keep it current as your pages and policies change. You never maintain it.
Where this fits, and where it honestly doesn't yet.
An agent can only answer from what your site and policies actually say. That makes it a strong fit for some businesses and the wrong tool, for now, for others. Better to find out here than after a demo.
This is probably you
- You have real pages: a shipping policy, a returns page, an FAQ, product or service details, even if they are not perfectly organized
- A handful of questions account for most of your inbox, and you could list them from memory
- You want the repeat questions answered instantly, and the genuinely new ones to still reach a person
- You would rather a bot say "I'm not sure" than guess and be wrong to a customer
Wait on this if
- You have little to no written content or policy for it to answer from; a bot has nothing to be grounded in yet
- Most support is account-specific or order-specific lookups (where is my order, what is my balance), which an agent has no access to and will honestly decline
- You get genuinely few support questions, and answering them by hand is not actually costing you time
- Every question is genuinely bespoke, with no repeat pattern for it to learn from
One flat build fee, one flat monthly.
No per-seat charges, no per-conversation meter. The monthly covers hosting, the AI usage of a typical shop, monitoring, and re-indexing when your pages or policies change. You see it working on your real site before you pay anything.
Free demo on your real site first. You only pay once you have tested it and want it live, and you can cancel any time.
Still deciding, answered.
What if I only recognize one of the six signs?
Then it is probably too early. The signs are meant to be checked together, not scored individually, and a business that hits one is usually still fine handling support directly. Come back once two or three of them show up in a normal week.
I already tried a chatbot and it hallucinated. Why would this be different?
Most off-the-shelf bots answer from keyword rules or a generic model with no real grounding in your pages, so when they don't know something they guess instead of saying so. This agent answers only from your own site and any documents you hand us, cites the page it used, and says it is not sure rather than inventing a policy or a promise.
Should I hire a support person instead?
If the questions genuinely need judgment, a refund exception, an angry customer, a case your policy doesn't cover, a person is the right call and the agent hands those off to your team. If most of what you would hand a new hire is repeating the same policy answers, that is exactly what the agent already does, at a fraction of the cost of a hire.
What if my support is mostly "where's my order" style questions?
Then this is not the right tool yet. The agent has no live visibility into a specific order, account, or shipment, so it will honestly say it cannot check that and hand the question to your team rather than guess. It is built for the questions your own pages already answer, not for account-specific lookups.
Do I need a lot of content on my site first?
You need real pages to ground it in: a policy, an FAQ, product or service details. It does not need to be beautifully organized, but if your site says almost nothing about how you operate, there is little for the agent to answer from honestly.
How long until I can see it working?
Usually within 2 business days of sending us your URL, you get a private demo trained on your real content to test with your own hardest questions, before you pay anything.
Do I need any technical skills to set it up?
No. You send us your website URL, we build and tune the agent, and going live is a single line of code that we can add for you. There is no dashboard to master and no content to write yourself.
How much does it cost?
A flat $2,500 one-time build fee and $400 per month, with a free demo on your real site first. The monthly covers hosting, the AI usage of a typical shop, monitoring and re-indexing. There are no per-seat or per-conversation charges.
