One build fee. One monthly fee. That is the whole price list.
No per-seat licences, no per-conversation meter, no annual contract to unlock the useful features. You see a working agent trained on your own website before you pay anything.
- An agent trained on your site, docs and policies
- Widget themed to match your brand
- Tone, escalation and policy tuning done with you
- Hosting, monitoring and AI usage included
- Monthly re-index and transcript review
- Unlimited team members, because we run it
- Cancel any time, no lock-in and no exit fee
The build fee is charged once, when you decide to go live. The monthly starts the same day.
- We index your actual website, not a sample
- You ask it your hardest questions yourself
- No call, no credit card, everything by email
- Link usually within 2 business days
If it is not useful, the demo simply expires. There is nothing to cancel.
Per-seat looks cheaper until you count the seats.
Helpdesk suites advertise a low per-agent price and then bill every person who touches it, every month, usually on an annual commitment, with the AI features sold separately on top. Here is the same three years, side by side.
| Team size | Per-seat suite, year one | Helpforge, year one | Helpforge, each year after |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 people | $4,140 | $7,300 | $4,800 |
| 5 people | $6,900 | $7,300 | $4,800 |
| 10 people | $13,800 | $7,300 | $4,800 |
| Per-seat figures use a published mid-tier list price of $115 per agent per month on annual billing, checked 2026-08-07, and exclude the AI assistant add-ons those tiers sell separately and any usage billed per resolved conversation. Our column is the real total: $2,500 once plus $400 a month, whatever your headcount and however many conversations you have. | |||
It is a service, not a licence.
The reason there is no seat count is that nobody on your side has to operate anything. There is no console to learn, no prompt to maintain, and no one to train on it.
We run it
Hosting, monitoring and the AI usage of a normal small business are all inside the $400. If your traffic spikes one month, that is our problem, not a bill.
We keep it current
Your site changes. We re-index it monthly, read the transcripts, and fix answers that have gone stale or vague before your customers find them.
We are the ones on the hook
When an answer is wrong you email us and we fix it. You are not debugging a chatbot at 9pm, which is the actual cost of the cheap option.
What we check before an agent answers anyone.
Every claim we make about what an agent says is written down as a test and run against the live agent. These are ours today, not projections.
The awkward ones, answered.
What happens if we go over the included AI usage?
Nothing, for a normal small business. The $400 covers the usage of a site with ordinary traffic, and we absorb the variance month to month. If your volume ever grew into a genuinely different bracket we would talk to you about it before changing anything, not send a surprise invoice.
Is the $2,500 refundable?
You do not pay it until you have tested a working agent trained on your own website and decided you want it live, which is the point of building the demo first. Once you are live you can cancel the monthly at any time and keep nothing running; there is no exit fee and no minimum term.
Why is there a build fee at all?
Because the build is real work and it is the part that makes the agent worth having: crawling and structuring your content, tuning tone and escalation with you, writing the checks that pin every answer, and fixing what those checks catch. Products that skip it hand you a blank chatbot and call the setup your job.
Do you charge per conversation?
No. A meter per conversation punishes you for the thing you wanted, which is your agent answering more people. It also makes your bill unpredictable in exactly the months you are busiest.
What if we already pay for a helpdesk?
Most clients keep it. We answer the repetitive questions on your website before they become tickets, and hand off to your existing inbox when a person is needed. It reduces what arrives in the helpdesk rather than replacing it.
What are the limits, honestly?
We answer on your website, not by phone or on social channels. The agent answers from your published content, so if something is not written down anywhere it will say it is not sure and offer a handoff rather than guess. And it is one agent for one business, not a platform for running many.
See it answering your own customers' questions first.
Send us your website address. We build a working agent on your real content and send you a private link to try. No call, no card, no commitment.
