An AI support agent built for how a food or beverage brand actually sells.
Selling something people eat or drink means the support questions carry real weight: how fresh it is, when a subscription can be paused before it ships, and whether it is safe for an allergy. Helpforge trains your agent on your own pages so it answers the first two directly and refuses to guess on the third, stating exactly what your ingredient and allergen pages say and handing off anything they do not cover.
No support team, no dashboard to learn, no per-seat bills. You give us a URL, we do the rest.
I have a tree nut allergy. Is this safe for me?
Your ingredients page lists what's in it, but it does not say anything about shared equipment or cross-contact with tree nuts. I do not want to guess on something like that, so I cannot confirm it is safe for your allergy. I can pass this to the team so they can give you a definite answer. Ingredients
Can I skip next month's box instead of cancelling?
Yes. Skips and pauses need to be set before your next billing date, after that the order has already gone into production. I can point you to your account page to do it, or pass this along if you would rather someone handle it for you.
The questions a food or beverage brand answers over and over.
A generic chatbot answers these in a generic way. Your customers are asking about a specific batch, a specific subscription date, or a specific allergen, and a wrong answer on any of the three costs more than a returned order. An agent trained on your own pages answers what it can and cites the page it came from.
A perishable product carries a real shelf life, and often a roast, harvest or pack date that changes with the batch. The agent reads what your pages actually say about freshness and storage, and states it plainly instead of a vague "enjoy soon."
A real window, not a guess dressed up as reassurance.Recurring orders are common in this category, and every plan has a cutoff for changing one. The agent reads the exact deadline your pages state and answers with it directly, rather than "usually a few days before," which is the kind of answer that gets someone billed for a box they meant to skip.
The real cutoff date, not an approximate one. This is the one place a confident wrong answer can actually hurt someone, not just annoy them. The agent states exactly what your ingredient and allergen pages say, and refuses to confirm anything they do not, such as cross-contact with a specific allergen, rather than settling the question either way from a guess. It hands off instead.
Says what the page says, refuses what it does not, every time.A perishable product often needs its own shipping rules: cold packs, no weekend delivery, a narrower delivery window. The agent answers from your actual shipping policy instead of a generic "3 to 5 business days" that does not apply to what you sell.
Your real shipping rules, not a template answer.Done-for-you, in three steps.
You do not build anything, learn a dashboard, or write a single answer. The whole point of done-for-you is that the work is ours.
Share your website URL
Give us your address and anything extra, like an ingredient sheet or a subscription FAQ. That is all we need to start. No account to set up, no code to touch yet.
We build and tune it
We read up to 120 pages of your site, ingredient, allergen and subscription pages first, ground the agent in them, and send you a private demo on your real content, usually within 2 business days. You test it, including your hardest allergen question, and we tune it with you.
One line goes live
When you are happy, you paste one line of code onto your site, or we do it for you. We host, monitor and keep it current as your ingredients, batches and policies change. You never maintain it.
Built to refuse a guess, not just answer a question.
Most chatbot builders optimize for sounding confident. In this category confidence without a source is the risk, not the feature, especially on allergens. Here is what that means in practice.
What you get
- An agent trained on your own site, live with one line of code
- Answers that cite the page they came from, so they are checkable
- A hard refusal on anything your allergen pages do not explicitly state
- A handoff to you the moment a customer needs a human
What you skip
- A bot that confirms "allergen-free" because the words are nearby, when your page never actually said that
- One generic shipping estimate quoted for a product that actually needs cold storage
- Per-seat or per-conversation bills that grow when you succeed
- A long-term contract; it runs month to month with no lock-in
One flat build fee, one flat monthly.
No per-seat charges, no per-conversation meter. The monthly covers hosting, the AI usage of a typical shop, monitoring, and re-indexing when your ingredients or policies change. You see it working on your real site before you pay anything.
Free demo on your real site first. You only pay once you have tested it and want it live, and you can cancel any time.
Food and beverage questions, answered.
Will it guess about allergens or ingredients?
No. It states exactly what your ingredient and allergen pages say, and if a visitor asks something those pages do not cover, such as cross-contact with a specific allergen, it says so and offers to pass the question to your team rather than settling it either way from a guess. That rule is built into how the agent handles every policy question, not just this one.
Can it handle subscription pause, skip or cancel questions?
Yes, from whatever your own subscription or account pages say about it, including the real cutoff date for making a change before the next order goes into production. If your pages do not state a cutoff, it says so instead of inventing one.
What about freshness, roast dates or harvest dates?
It answers from what your pages publish about shelf life, storage and batch dating. It does not manufacture a specific date for a specific order, since that lives in your fulfillment system, not your website, and it says so plainly when asked.
Can I feed it an ingredient sheet or spec sheet directly?
Yes. Anything published on your site, plus a PDF, spreadsheet or document you hand us directly, becomes something the agent can answer from, cited back to the page or file it came from.
What happens when a question is genuinely outside what my site says?
It tells the customer it is not sure and offers to pass them to you, rather than inventing an ingredient, a date or a policy. A confident wrong answer is worse than none, and on a food or beverage product it can be worse than an ordinary support miss.
Do I need any technical skills to set it up?
No. You send us your website URL, we build and tune the agent, and going live is a single line of code that we can add for you. There is no dashboard to master and no content to write yourself.
How much does it cost?
A flat $2,500 one-time build fee and $400 per month, with a free demo on your real site first. The monthly covers hosting, the AI usage of a typical shop, monitoring and re-indexing. There are no per-seat or per-conversation charges.
How long until it is live on my site?
We usually have a working demo trained on your real content within 2 business days of getting your URL. You test it, including your own allergen and subscription questions, then it goes live with one line of code whenever you are ready. If it is not useful, the demo simply expires and you owe nothing.
