An AI support agent built for how an apparel brand actually sells.

Apparel support is not one policy repeated across your catalog, it is dozens of small, style-specific answers. A boxy hoodie and a fitted tee do not share a size chart. A worn-once return is not the same case as an unworn one with tags still on. And if you fulfill from more than one facility or make items to order, "where is my order" and "when do I get refunded" depend on which facility made it and where it is shipping. Helpforge trains your agent on your own pages so it answers each of those specifically, and says so when it cannot.

No support team, no dashboard to learn, no per-seat bills. You give us a URL, we do the rest.

Apparel shop assistant Answers in seconds

I'm between sizes in your relaxed crewneck, does it run big?

Yes, for this style. The relaxed crewneck's size chart notes it is cut with extra room through the chest and sleeve, and recommends sizing down if you want a closer fit. That is specific to this style; our fitted tees run true to size instead. Size chart

My order shipped from a different warehouse than last time. Does that change how fast I get refunded once I return it?

I do not have visibility into which facility fulfilled a specific order or where it is right now, so I cannot give you a refund timeline for this one. I can pass this to the team so they can check your order directly.

What it takes off your plate

The questions an apparel brand answers over and over.

A generic chatbot treats your whole catalog as one product with one size chart and one return rule. Apparel does not work that way: fit varies by cut, eligibility varies by condition, and fulfillment can vary by facility. An agent trained on your own pages answers each style and case on its own terms, and cites the page it came from.

Sizing and fit, per style

A boxy hoodie, a fitted tee and a pair of relaxed trousers rarely share one size chart. The agent reads the specific chart or fit note published for the item a customer is asking about and answers from that, instead of quoting one general chart for your entire catalog.

The chart for that style, not a catalog-wide guess.
Returns and exchanges, by condition

"Can I return this" usually has a real answer, and the answer depends on the item's actual condition: worn once versus unworn, tags on versus tags off, or marked final sale. The agent states what your policy actually covers for the condition described, and declines to approve or deny an exception your policy does not explicitly address.

The stated rule for that condition, not a friendly guess.
Order status across facilities

If you fulfill from more than one facility, print on demand, or manufacture per order, "where is my order" is not one answer. Shipping windows and customs handling differ by facility and by destination. The agent does not have live visibility into a specific order or shipment, so it hands this off to you rather than quoting a generic timeline.

A handoff to a real answer, not an invented one.
Fabric and care

Wash and care instructions genuinely differ by fabric and finish. The agent answers from your own care guide for the specific material, rather than generic laundry advice that may be wrong for a delicate or treated fabric.

Your instructions, in your words, every time.
How it works

Done-for-you, in three steps.

You do not build anything, learn a dashboard, or write a single answer. The whole point of done-for-you is that the work is ours.

STEP 1

Share your website URL

Give us your address and anything extra, like a size chart PDF or a returns policy. That is all we need to start. No account to set up, no code to touch yet.

STEP 2

We build and tune it

We read up to 120 pages of your site, your product and size chart pages first, ground the agent in them, and send you a private demo on your real content, usually within 2 business days. You test it, including your hardest sizing and return-condition questions, and we tune it with you.

STEP 3

One line goes live

When you are happy, you paste one line of code onto your site, or we do it for you. We host, monitor and keep it current as your styles, size charts and policies change. You never maintain it.

Why it fits an apparel brand

Built to answer per style, not per catalog.

Most chatbot builders are trained to give one confident answer per topic. Apparel support does not have one answer per topic, it has one per style and one per condition, and treating them as the same is exactly where a generic bot gets sizing and returns wrong. Here is what that means in practice.

What you get

  • An agent trained on your own site, live with one line of code
  • Answers that cite the size chart or policy page they came from, so a fit or return answer is checkable
  • A hard refusal on a return exception or order status it cannot verify
  • A handoff to you the moment a customer needs a human

What you skip

  • A bot that applies one size chart to every style you sell
  • A bot that approves a return exception your policy never actually granted
  • Per-seat or per-conversation bills that grow when you succeed
  • A long-term contract; it runs month to month with no lock-in
Simple pricing

One flat build fee, one flat monthly.

No per-seat charges, no per-conversation meter. The monthly covers hosting, the AI usage of a typical shop, monitoring, and re-indexing when your styles, size charts or policies change. You see it working on your real site before you pay anything.

FAQ

Apparel questions, answered.

Will it get sizing wrong for a specific cut or style?

It reads the size chart or fit note published for the exact item a customer is asking about and answers from that, rather than one general chart applied to your whole catalog. If a style has no chart or fit note of its own, it says so instead of guessing "true to size."

Will it guess whether a specific return is eligible?

No. If a customer's exact situation, such as tags removed but unworn, or an item marked final sale, is not explicitly covered by your returns policy, it says it is not sure and passes the question to your team rather than approving or denying an exception it cannot confirm.

Can it tell me where my order is or which facility handled it?

No. If you fulfill from more than one facility, print on demand, or manufacture per order, the agent does not have live visibility into a specific order or shipment, so it hands off order status and refund timing to your team instead of quoting a generic answer.

Can I feed it a size chart or fit guide directly?

Yes. Anything published on your site, plus a PDF, spreadsheet or document you hand us directly, becomes something the agent can answer from, cited back to the page or file it came from.

Does it know the difference between final-sale and regular items?

Yes, from how you mark them on your own pages and policy. If your site does not make the distinction clear for a specific item, it says so instead of assuming either way.

What happens when a question is genuinely outside what my site says?

It tells the customer it is not sure and offers to pass them to you, rather than inventing a size, a return exception or an order status. A confident wrong answer on a sizing or return question is worse than none, since it usually ends in an exchange or a dispute either way.

Do I need any technical skills to set it up?

No. You send us your website URL, we build and tune the agent, and going live is a single line of code that we can add for you. There is no dashboard to master and no content to write yourself.

How much does it cost?

A flat $2,500 one-time build fee and $400 per month, with a free demo on your real site first. The monthly covers hosting, the AI usage of a typical shop, monitoring and re-indexing. There are no per-seat or per-conversation charges.
